Rotisserie. Chicken. The unsung hero of all lazy kitchens... like mine. They're cheap, they're delicious, and they can feed a whole family. Don't feel like cooking? Rotisserie chicken. Don't know how to cook? Rotisserie chicken. Want to eat an entire chicken in one sitting without regret? Rotisserie chicken. You get it. This crowd-pleasing appetizer is guaranteed to be the best appetizer ever. Who doesn't love buffalo chicken- and bite-sized buffalo chicken?! With only 6 ingredients, even the beginner cook can make this! Grab your Rotisserie Chicken and your Frank's Red Hot and get ready to be the hit at any party! A crispy, buttery flaky crust 😏, the whole family will love!

Ingredient Breakdown

  • Shredded chicken

    • Two words: ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. The best, and only way. Shred with your hands or with two forks!

  • Whipped Cream Cheese

    • Because nobody has time to let regular cream cheese come to room temp

  • Franks Red Hot

    • Do as she says- put that shit on everything

  • Crumbled Blue Cheese

    • Love it or hate it. But I'll hate you if you don't love it. (you can omit if you don't like it... I GUESS... ) I love blue cheese

  • Puff Pastry

    • Find it in the freezer section! Trader Joe's has the BEST all-butter puff pastry. Let thaw by leaving it in the fridge or setting it out at room temperature. Make sure it is always chilled for best results (don't let it get too warm and sticky!)

  • Mozzarella cheese to top

    • because... cheese

  • Nonstick Spray

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
