Pumpkin Protein Muffins

I promise this will be my last pumpkin post of the year... I just love the taste! I put together a little sweet mid-day treat for when you want something sweet, but will also keep you full. These will help you get through those last few hours of work or studying for school!! A perfect fall snack.


A highlight on the protein powder in this recipe!

The type of protein powder is pea protein powder.

Why I prefer pea protein powder:

1. It is plant-based. I try to stick to a plant based diet as much as possible.

Feel free to use other kinds, let me know how it turns out!!

The pea protein that I use is from Trader Joe’s. It is vanilla flavored (highly recommend in smoothies).
