The type of protein powder is pea protein powder.
Why I prefer pea protein powder:
1. It is plant-based. I try to stick to a plant based diet as much as possible.
Feel free to use other kinds, let me know how it turns out!!
The pea protein that I use is from Trader Joe’s. It is vanilla flavored (highly recommend in smoothies).
