If you would have asked me a year ago if I liked brussels sprouts- I would have told you absolutely not, they're gross. That is until I bought them on a whim one day and created this gorgeous creature. The maple syrup creates a delicious crispy caramelization on the sprouts, and the bacon adds a savory depth of flavor that is unmatched. This recipe requires almost zero prep and is a great quick and easy, set it and forget it recipe that's packed with flavor! Makes an easy low calorie and nutritious weeknight or Thanksgiving side dish and it is sure to be a hit even with the kids!
