Ever just crave a gooey, chocolatey, messy brownie but don't want the unhealthy fat? Well you have come to the right place! These brownies are made with avocado instead of butter! They are the perfect dessert, especially if you add ice cream (dairy free of course) to them (which is highly encouraged). Brownies are one of my favorite desserts and always fun to enjoy with others! I don’t know about you but I despise the box version of brownies, they always leave a horrible after taste in my mouth and I end up throwing the whole thing away... Thankfully I was able to come up with this recipe to enjoy and share with all of you!!

Ingredient Highlight:
Flax seed eggs: Flax seed eggs are an easy alternative to eggs in a lot of vegan recipes. Normally they work best in anything that needs height and structure. When I know I am going to make a recipe that requires flax seed eggs, I make sure to make them 15-20 minutes before or else you will be waiting around the flax seed to thicken in the water for a little bit. Below I have pictures of before and after of how the flax seed eggs should look before putting them in the batter! One flax seed egg: 1 tbs flax seed meal 2.5 tbs: warm water - let firm in fridge. The second image below is the one you should add to the mix!
First mixing of flax seed and water: After it firmed in the fridge after 15 minutes:
